Assalamu Alaikum all the brothers and sisters in islam.
I put my trust on Allah(swt) that everone had a nice day yesterday and inshallah whoever is celebrating Eid today will have nice day.
well i had a situation about to choose corect day for our Eidul Fitar.
Alhamdulillah i had really a good ramadan,whole month daily basis i tried my best to increase my Emaan more and more strong,did staying all the odd nights of last ten except the night of 21th night.
So here we go,when i heard that in the day of 29th of ramadan that my mosjid are not celebtating Eid,coz there is no chance in this world to see the moon in that evening,(there is a website www.moonsight.com)to me it's logical coz it's our sunnah of Our beloved prophet(saw) that he told us...''to see the moon we have to start fast and the same way to celebrate Eid''.
and need follow the closest county if we can't see the moon.So that case Morocco or South Africa are the colsest country from uk and on the top that we know that moon raise from the side from south America first, that means from those county people's can see the moon first then Africa.
On the other hand the Soudi's they declared that they gonna celebrate the Eid 30th of september.
And i'm from Bangladesh,so major part of the banglaseshi community who live in uk they are following Saudi's.
I asked so many people's that why they are following saudi's,well no one didn't had the correct ans,it's make me sad and feel me that we are following blindly someone,alhamdulilah i don't mind to following blindly as long as it's in our Quran and Sunnah,but i heard that Soudi's they never made the dicision after see the moon,they have a calender that made by them ages ago.Allah(swt) knows best.
Is there anybody know about it............Are soudi's really have seen the moon and declare that Eid date?????
May Allah(swt) forgive me if i write down anithing wrong,Ya Allah help us,give us Guidance and make our Muslim Community more strong.Ameen.
