GAZA, (PIC)-- Seven Palestinian civilians suffered injuries in renewed Israeli aerial attacks at dawn Friday on different areas of the densely-populated Gaza Strip.
A spokesman for the ministry of health in Gaza told the Palestinian information center (PIC) that a little girl suffered minor injuries and a trauma during an Israeli airstrike on Al-Safina area to the northwest of Gaza and was provided medical care.
According to him, two other civilians also received treatment for slight injuries they sustained in Israeli air raids in Beit Lahiya to the north of Gaza.
Other local sources reported that Israeli warplanes bombed an abandoned house and a greenhouse near Al-Ferdaws Mosque in Rafah area, south of Gaza.
They affirmed that the aerial attack in Rafah resulted in the injury of parents and two of their daughters living near the bombed area, noting that the strike caused a massive fire in the area.
The Israeli occupation army claimed that it carried out its new air raids in response to the fall of a Palestinian rocket on Thursday evening in an open area in the Negev region.
In an earlier incident, the Israeli occupation forces on Thursday evening had opened fire at Palestinian famers to the east of Khan Younis district, south of Gaza, and carried out a limited incursion into the area, with no reported causalities.
