Shaytaan and fasting

I heard that shaytaan fasts on the days of Eid, is this true? if so can you please provide evidence... jazakhallah khair.

I heard Imam saying in a friday sermon is that Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has prohibited fasting during the day of eid el fitr and has resembled that person with satan.
As far as your question is concerned yes satan does fast on the day of eid el fitr because it is a grave sin.

jazakhallah khair. sorry i wasnt clear, i also heard that shaytaan fasts on eid al fitr as its a grave sin, if there is maybe a hadeeth i could show my friend who fasted on eid day!!! i said its not proper but he said show me proof.

why should saytan fast? He doesn't want to follow Allah, so why would he?

My dear fellows the mosque where i go for praying i heard from imam on friday sermon that Satan Fast's on Eid El Fitr because Allah (SWT) Hates this act.But right now i dont have any written proof except that i heard from imam saying this on friday sermon.I remember he said that its just like that person has not fasted the whole year if he fast's on eid el fitr.
