i have downloaded the video of yousuf estes, but unable to open it with media player and real player, is there anyone who can show me the software that is suitable to open it. i would like to show it to my brothers and sisters at home.

I am sorry, but I am sort of a techno mumbler and don't know the solution to your problem. But I believe that the video you are looking at is on youtube.com . Try looking there if no one on this site is quick to answer your question.

Another place you can try is to click on the help section on the main screen, bottom left side, and scroll until you find your problem listed. I think this is not an uncommon problem, so you will probably find your answer there.

If the file is on your hard drive then you should get VLC Player, here is the link:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html

Click on a mirror and it should start to download the player, when it has finished downloading, open the file and following the instructions to install the player and then open the file with the play and it should play.

Unless your trying to view a video on Youtube then you will need Flash i think, here is the link:
