Significant Of Using Henna / Mehndi

Assalamualaikum my dear brothers and sisters at TTI...

Can someone please explain if there is a significant behind decorating the hand with henna / mehndi? I know that it is usually applied on when a woman is getting married..How about for daily use? Is there a significant behind applying it or is it strictly decoration/trend purposes?

dear sister : prophet (pbuh) used to apply heanna when he had broses on his hand or thorn , and he permitted muslims to change thier grey hair by applying henna on it .
i hope it is beneficial .
