In the name of Allah SWT, the most merciful, the bestower of mercy. May the peace and blessings of Allah SWT on Muhammad PBUH and his family and his companions till the last day of judgement Ameen.
Allah SWT has siad in the Holy Quran :
"Verily" in the creation of the heavens and earth, and in the alternation of the night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding. Those who remember Allah SWT( always, and in prayers) standing and sitting, and lying down on their sides and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying): Our Lord you have not created all this without purpose, glory to you( Exalted be you Above all that they associate with you as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the fire...."
Sura: Al- imran Verses: 190-191
May Allah SWT make us those who ponder ,reflect and remember Him day and night while standing, sitting, lying down on our sides. May Allah bless us with the understanding of Deen Ameen
