Salam alaikom
The country i live in, demands for an authorized approval of the building plans that we want to build on our lands. Obviously, like the rest of the countries. But the issue here is different.
The government agents at the approval organization demand bribes in order to approve the plan. Otherwise they won't approve it. The plan keeps circling around the office until its forever. There aren't any alternatives either. Reporting to the police will bring more trouble and even they will demand more amount.
I know bribery is clearly forbidden in islam.
Now, the question is... What do i do in a situation like this?
