salaam alaikom
i wanted to share something with you as i always do
in this thread i am going to talk about things that happened with which may look small and not important for some of you but it really affected me alot and made feel blessed and happy wallahi .
once i went with my mother to the market .then while my mom was buying something and i was standing with her holding the bags i saw a blind aged man who was trying to pass the rails so i went and i hold his arm and i helped him pass the rails and i helped him walk up the stairs of the masjid because he was going to pray Al Zuhr prayer
actually this blind man didnt ask for my help but i just saw how he was struggling to pass the rails while holding stick and trying not to fall so i thought i have to help him because he just cant ask for help because he is blind he cant see if there is somebody who is actually looking at him but i was looking at him hoping that he not fall while trying
helping this man made feel really happy and blessed because Allah gave me those eyes in order to be able to help this aged blind man and that Allah put me in his way to give him this tiny help
but am i wrong for helping that man while there were other men around but no one actually was looking at him no one noticed that he needed help ?
you know i think a small help and a small effort from me may be seen as great thing for Allah and those we help
it costed me nothing but i think it will benefit me tremendously in th day of judgement
i hope that Allah accept from us our good deeds
sorry for talking to much
and please accept my greetings and may Allah be with you all and guide us to his right way ameen
finally thank you for sharing me my best and my worest moments
jazakum Allahu khyran kathiran

this nice old lady kept making dua for me for helping her while i actually didnt do anything i just pushed a button

imagine how tiny thing i did and how great dua i got from her i was really overwhelmed wallahi when she kept making dua for me while i did nothing

thank you Allah for everything

Dua for forgiveness

‘The Messenger of Allaah (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said: ‘By Allaah, I seek forgiveness and repent to Allaah, more than seventy times a day.’
He (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) also said: ‘O People, Repent to Allaah! Verily I repent to Him a hundred times a day.’
He (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) also said: ‘Whoever says:

‘I seek Allaah’s forgiveness, besides whom, none has the right to be worshipped except He, The Ever Living, The Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, and I turn to Him in repentance.’
...Allaah would forgive him even if he was one who fled during the advance of an army.’
He (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) said: ‘The nearest the Lord comes to His servant is in the middle of the night, so if you are able to be of those who remember Allaah at that time, then be so.’
He (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) also said: ‘The nearest a servant is to his Lord is when he is prostrate, so supplicate much therein.’
He (sal-Allaahu 'alayhe wa sallam) also said: ‘Verily my heart becomes preoccupied , and verily I seek Allaah’s forgiveness a hundred times a day.’

You beat them to a good deed, lucky you! God describes the believers in 23:57-60 then concludes, "Those hurry up doing the good deeds and to them they arrive first!" (23:61)

Light on the Tongue But Heavy on the Scales

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Peace Be Upon him) said, “There are two statements that are light for the tongue to remember, heavy in the Scales and are dear to the Merciful: `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan-Allahil-Azim [Glory be to Allah and His is the praise, (and) Allah, the Greatest is free from imperfection)'.'' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Riyad-ul-Saliheen Commentary:

This Hadith affirms that man’s actions carry weight. On the Day of Judgement, his actions will be cast into the Balance. At that time Allah will endow these actions with weight, or according to some scholars, those records which register man’s actions will be weighed. This is quite possible for the reason that Almighty Allah is Capable of weighing things without even their physical form. This discussion apart, when actions will be cast into the Balance, the formula mentioned in the Hadith, the utterance of which is very easy, will prove weighty. Every Muslim should make it a practice to repeat them frequently.

Juwairiyah bint Al-Harith (May Allah be pleased with her) reported, the Mother of the Believers: The Prophet (peace be upon him) came out from my apartment in the morning as I was busy in performing the dawn prayer. He came back in the forenoon and found me sitting there. The Prophet (peace be upon him said, “Are you still in the same position as I left you.” I replied in the affirmative. Thereupon the Prophet said, “I recited four words three times after I had left you. If these are to be weighed against all you have recited since morning, these will be heavier. These are: Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, `adada khalqihi, wa rida nafsihi, wa zinatah `arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi [Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the weight of His Throne and equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise)].”[Sahih Muslim]. Commentary: The recitation of the words quoted in this Hadith is highly meritorious and rewarding because they are full of Praise and Glorification of Allah.

Expression that is most loved by Allah

Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to me, “Shall I tell you the expression that is most loved by Allah?” It is `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi’ (Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise)’.”[Sahih Muslim].

Obliterating Sins of the extent of the foam of the ocean

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “And he who utters: `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi (Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise)’ one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the ocean.’‘[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Commentary: Here sins mean minor sins and those which do not relate to the rights of people.

A Palm-tree will be planted in Jannah

Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “For him who says: `Subhan-Allahi wa bi hamdihi (Allah is free from imperfection, and I begin with praising Him, and to Him),’ a palm-tree will be planted in Jannah.”[At-Tirmidhi].

Commentary: Jannah is so vast that we cannot even imagine its vastness. The planting of trees in return for the Praise and Glorification of Allah is, therefore, neither something difficult nor surprising. So, there should not be any hesitation in accepting it as a fact. Some people take it is as a metaphor for a plentiful reward.
