SOLAR ECLIPSE!!

Salam everyone:

There is going to be a solar eclipse on January 15 and stargazer is so exited since a total eclipse would be visible from my location.

It would be breath taking site. I have to go for the prayer though. But no problem the computerized telescope can record the event while I am away.

A complete solar eclipse is a once in a life time experience. i have seen it once. every thing goes dark for a few minutes like maghrib time. the poor birds andimals return to their nests thinking that it's actually maghrib and then the light starts to come back again so the animals come out again.

Yeah. Many folklores have been invented too by the ancients linked to the solar eclipse. The sight is really frightening too and Prophet PBUP said its one of signs of the Lord. I have always been amazed by this celestial phenomenon. God placed the sun and moon in such a way that there aparent sizes are same in the sky. And he also made it to block each other. Its makes me wonder...
