Assalaam walaikum my beloved brothers and sisters,
I am on holiday and have a minute to spare. I was browsing and read several threads. I realized we have not evolved. I understand that the site changes members..people come and go. However, I believe that we need to go beyond useless arguments. We do not have time to remain belittling each other.
I think of the name of the site and the word Islam. It is this singular word that binds us to each other. Islam is a faith that many have written is a marathon. We are striving to please Allah subhana talla. We need to be busy finding remedies for the ailments of the dunya. And every cure is found in the Holy Quran.
Thus when we encounter political or problematic situations..let us remember to be patient and make references to the Quran and the Path of the Holy Prophet. peace be upon him.
