i want to learn SPIP (scanning probe image processor) for image analysis. i actually want to quantify the data for chicken eggs. can anyone help me??

I dont understand why u cant download the whole book? Which link did u try, or is your internet connection bad or slow? Let me know exactly whats the problem so i can help u.

oh my respected sister,
salam.
actually i am working on chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay of chicken.
i am going to see the effects of chemicals as antiangiogenic or proangiogenic.
i made images of eggs having blood vessels. but i dont know how to quantify them?
me and my resaerch group is working on SPIP program for the quantification of surface roughness, sa, sq, histograms, abbott curve, 3 D picture of CAM etc.
i have downloaded the software and dont know completely how to proceed?
i put the image in this software and it tells me eveything (abbott curve, histograms, 3 D picture, values of svk, sa, sq, etc.but i am unable to read that.
if u can help me then it will be great for me as well for my postgraduate students.

I wish i was able to help you, but i have no idea how to use that program. u can try google and look for a tutorial.
