still have some advises to help you weak up for al fajr.

Try to drink a lot before you go to bed. It ll keep you busy at night.
Don' t eat a lot before going to bed.
Change your bed "sleeping place, go and sleep on the ground. Or try to sleep on the coach.
We Muslims are warned about making it late. Go directly to sleep after ishaa prayer.

MashAllah it works, I've done the part of drinking much water and it wakes me up straight away! I really need to replace fizzy drinks with water, water helps my skin glow too, you know!

walikumsalam,

surely when you sleep after isha, it works, and its a sunnah ! but many dont do that, we should try and adopt it inshallah.and another thing to do to wake up for fajr wich helps alot is, putting your alarm clock away from your bed, thus when it goes of, without choice you wil have to get out of bed to switch it of ! and also the fear of allah, when you jus wake up abit, the shaytaan tries to get you back to sleep inorder to miss fajr, but if that time you just remember allahs punishment and the plesures he has prepared for the belivers, thus it could influence the person to pray fajr.

may allah make it easy for all of us to wake up for fajr..ameen, and inshallah their is a reward for those who wake up and pray, it shows the love/fear of allah as you leave a comfort (bed) for the sake of allah.
