Subhana-Allah, in our body, sooooooooo much things goes on

we eat food... food get digested to elements (C, O, P, ...) or as compounds (water, fat, carbohydrates,....)... proteins "speak" to each other... every cell knows its roll/job... Subhana-Allah, subhana-Allah, Subhana-Allah... all these goes in our body with out our control (nor could we control it!)... Allah is taking care of that, HOW CAN WE NOT PUT OUR TRUST IN ALLAH IN OUR DAILY AFFAIRS SINCE HE IS IN CONTROL OF EVERY EVERY SINGLE THING (within our body and our daily affair and everything else)... ponder on our own body, and think of our daily life, are we really trusting Allah for all our affairs??? do we ask for his help and acceptance??? are we worshiping him as we should???

LA ILAHA ILA ALLAH, may Allah have mercy on us...
