The first amendment rights of American took another blow this week. The Supreme Court's decision regarding assisting civil rights and humantarian rights has simply blown my mind. In summary the decision is baffling. If a person assists any civil/humantarian organziation that is deemed bad i.e. terrorist..the person can be prosecuted for being a terrorist. I do not understand the legality of due process in this instance. I am to say the least shocked.
I know the Constitutional scholars will be heading to the emergency rooms in hospitals. This is simply anthema to the rights of the people of the US. There is no free speech left.
