I dont know what is the problem here,I have posted a thread but the matter is not visible.

well, i have posted a couple things recently and they have been deleted without any explanation. perhaps that could be the reason with your posts too.
I wish the moderators would bother to pm the individual. it would also have the benefit that the person involved would refrain from posting similar issues if he/she knew what is wrong with the post.
