After reading through the other thread (which was rightfully removed) about this subject, I saw it necessary to post this, since too many people spoke out of total ignorance on the matter, letting the BBC and other liars from the Western news agencies to be their judges, and we seek refuge in Allaah from that! Further yet, some users couldn't resist to attack the Saudi judges, those who are known (in general) to implement more shari`ah then others anywhere in the globe (i.e. in comparrison to other nations)!
However, since the intent is to simply clarify the matter, there will be no discussion here, and no creating of any new threads about the case (without prior permission given by a mod).
