islamophobia has been around a lot for the past few years and we all know that, but haven't you noticed that for the past few months it seems that their fear and hatred has become stronger than ever? i think i know the reasons for this. they're afraid because they know that even with their great attempts to shut down or defame islam, people keep embracing islam. the conversion or reversion of americans and brits, for the people in power in these two nations means that they'll have less control over the population. we as sincere muslims have no need for their alcohol,drugs,zinaa,riba,gangs,haram food, haram programming, war profiteering etc. these things have taken over the lives of the unvelievers and have made the leaders more powerful.

they try to put us muslims on a pedestal, having us having to explain away or apologize for misguided muslims. why do we fall into their trap? we as muslims know that suicide bombings are haram, the islamic terrorists aren't muslim at all in my opinion. we can only condemn the attacks on 9/11 in new york and 7/7 in london; we don't have to apologize for something that we weren't involved with. we as human beings can't bear the burden of another person's sin.

i hate it when they attack quran and sunnah. they bring up the death penalty and other punishments or jihad, as to make us embarassed of the words of Allah and his messenger( saaws ). we should not hold back or be embarassed of the quran or sunnah. but many muslims are on tv apologizing and sugar coating things.

we as muslims believe that the quran is the word of Allah swt; yes Allah punishes, there is no need to feel ashamed for that. the quran is the truth, it is only offensive to the sinful and unbelieving. if people only understood that throughout history Allah swt had sent prophets and messengers to all nations, and that people strayed from the teachings of those messengers; and that Allah swt through his will gave us the last warning through his rasul . this warning is the completion of all necessary guidance for mankind. no one will enter paradise without living their life based on this guidance. who provides better guidance than Allah swt? if they fail to realize this they will be of the losers.

we should be honored that Allah swt has placed us on the right path, we should be relieved that are hearts, minds, bodies and souls have positively received the teachings of quran and sunnah.

And whoever seeks a religion other than Islâm, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.

well, the problem is, muslims are not united . so what if there are 1.5 billion of us and so what if 20 000 americans each yea converted to muslims and so what if islam is gonnabe the largest religion in the world int he next 30 years? so what? the problem still lies that muslims are NOT united and are easily taken advantage of( being demonized, usa attacking iraq etc)

frankly speaking at times i think we still live in the dark ages and havent advance ourselves.thats why pple took advantage of our stupidity.they dont want another islamic revival just like the times of the islamic empire 500 years back.


I NOW realise all this talk about western imperialism+western liberal culture vs superiority of islamic culture is just empty talk and hypocritical.

some muslims today think that life hereafter is more important than the world here now, so most of them tend to be lazy and focus mor eon religious levels(not that its wrong) but id like to say that in islam, life here AND the hereafter are just as equally important.

muslims only talk so much but do so little..all this talk about wanting to follow our prophet by growing a beard and dressing like an arab is nothing but trivial stuff..rmbr that our prophet is a businessman and a great warrior..a succresser in both the secular and rleigious levells..

Islam allows modernization, but it doenst mean it allows westernization

sorry if i come out too straight..i was just posting sometihng random..what imtrying to say is, i realise its meaningless to talk about it western propaganda against islam.if we really really bothered and cared about what the kafirs think of us, the least we can do now is to prove that we can be successful in both secular and rleigious levels without being bigoted by the kafirs.

Islam CAN be reformed to be just like the way it was during the Islamic Empire IF all our brothers and sisters are UNITED
