While people think about materialism, their lives are swiftly passing by.
We all love this life to some degree, and it is not so surprising that people forget about the hereafter.
What some people do not understand is how much this world can corrupt our soul, and it is not so surprising that some people devote their lives to obtaining worldly things.
It is so easy to get caught up into the confusion of why we are here in this life, and it is not so surprising that wealth and power keep many a people busy in this life.
When people place more importance on materialism than pleasing Allah, when people love this life more than Islam, and when people do good deeds only to prosper in this world and no deeds will be done for the hereafter, these kind of actions will lead people in the wrong direction, and will keep people from maintaing good imaan.
