Mashallah sister FreedomFighter's post is indeed an eye opener to the story behind MJ. I notice a lot of people who are quick to judge and yet we ourselves are far from perfect. One thing we can never underestimate is the vastness of Allah SWT wisdom behind why things are the way they are.
For instance let's say MJ did just recently take the Shahada, and through Allah's infinite mercy and knowledge, he decreed it for MJ to die in the manner that he did. So therefore assuming, he remained a Muslim on this earth for very short period of time and having taken the Shahada all of his past sins would have been forgiven as we know this is to be the case with any revert.
In addition to this and through Allah's complete mercy perhaps Allah Azawajal decided to claim back his slave before he could commit further sins after previously having his sins wiped away by stopping him from staging the concert he was planning to hold in London.
Yes, I understand this is pure speculation and only Allah Azawajal himself knows the truth but my point is we shouldn’t judge MJ or anyone and we as Muslims hear of stories all the time of Allah’s mercy upon his people such as the prostitute who gave water to a dog that was thirsty and this mere act alone granted her a place in Jannah.
