The Two State Solution In Israel, Viable or Impractical

"Crimes against humanity in Gaza: is it really a 'buffer zone' – or a bigger plan? -- It’s time to step back and ask if we want to support Israel if it wants to eject all Palestinians from their land.” -Dennis Kucinich

The two state solution as it is 'officially' still called is meant in theory at least to refer to 'peaceful co existence' between the Muslims and the Jews. That does not however, even officially mean the Muslims are, were or ever will be equal to the Jews, only that their lives, property, religion, liberties and existence will not be compromised or in danger from Jewish interference and vice versa. The first Israeli PMs held this to be a priority as their utopian dream and their biographers say they agonised over attempts to make it a reality, but somehow could not do so for one reason or another. Since the 1960s, the two state theory has been less popular among Israeli politicians, leaders and even the electorate. Now it is more or less even defunct, but still pushed as the only solution by the US.

I would rather if there was a one state as opposed the two state that's is being called for, if a one state was the only option it would mean a majority Arab/Palestinian vote brushing away a "Jew" only homeland.

Asslamu alikum, I know it is off the subject, but...as a convert from the uk would you be willing to fill in a questionnaire please:

Many converts find it difficult to cope with the pressures they experience after their conversion, unfortunately leading them to leave Islam. Most of the time this happens as a result of us failing to provide them with the right support and guidance.

To this end, Discover Islam London and Usool International Centre are undertaking research to identify the causes of and provide solutions for their problems. The success of this research is dependent on your kind contribution by telling us about your conversion experiences by filling in a questionnaire (in the link below) which will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please do your best to answer each question carefully, giving as much information as possible and as accurately as you can.The Prophet (SAAW) said that "The Believer to another believer is like a building, parts of which strengthen one another." [Muslim]

Please note that filling in this questionnaire does not give any indication as to who filled it in, as every questionnaire is completed through the Survey Monkey website anonymously.

We ask Allah SWA to reward you abundantly for your time and effort.

Please forward this questionnaire to as many people as you can. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

To fill in the questionnaire click on the link below and in the Name of Allah you begin:
