Salaam Aleikum brothers and sisters! I was wondering, in Christianity they speak about a curtain that was torn after (perhaps before, it contradicts itself) the Christ (pbuh) died. I was wondering if any of you could tell me if there is any truth of the matter in Islam, if so why is it important. Or what did it symbolize. I know that before the ripping noone that wasnt pure could enter that temple. Otherwise they would perish. Can anyone provide insight on this matter?
