I am not sure i understand you question,
but whenever you reply to a message you will receive a notification at you email as well as from all of those who replied to the same message you did.in this way you will be trucking your favourate messages or the ones you have participate.
for example i have replied to your message, i will received either a daily or a weelky notification (based on the notification type i have chosen) , on my eamil , and i will see your reply , as well as for all of my brothers or sisters how will inshallah reply to you with the correct answer, inshallah
