Translation help for nasheed Atfalana

Assalamoalaikum.

I was wondering if anyone could please help with translating the Ahmed Bukhatir Nasheed Atfalana.

I have bought his album Hasanat and it contains a little leaflet with the Arabic lyrics for Atfalana but not the translation. And I like Atfalana but I want to know what I'm listening to. Even a rough gist of it will help. JazakAllah.

I don't know how to put the lyrics up here and my transliteration is not very good - so what I have done is found a link to the nasheed on YouTube from Google and pasted it below so that if you have time and wouldn't mind, you could maybe listen to it for me and help me understand what it's about. I know it's asking for a lot and I'm sorry about that. Please only do it if you have time and wouldn't mind...

refrain O our chidren, O our beloved, O descent(Offspring) of the best Umma
O Umma of the coran
Lets create a land of justice and freedom, where charity will live
islam calls to pardon and unity, cuz we are all brothers
no difference between white and black, my beloved
Lets live in safety
yes we love ( want) a unity which makes us work all together
our hearts are full of mercy and hope
we walk straight on ( go ahead) like the sword in the hands of the hero
our motto is "lets work, laziness isnt a solution( lazy people are not successfull)

o you, the best of nations, who got success with her values
go ahead( walk ) with will and perseverance
our qualities(good ones) are what we represent and our religion is like a candle( light) in the darkness

we- sons of islam- are sincere and perseverant
cuz we are the best nation
our coran calls us all to be good( have principles, good qualities)
O children, lets prostrate( make sujud) for The One and Unique( Allah ), for Allah who´s given us all what we have
the universe my beloved, has been created by Allah, the creator of the pillars
on this universe is the walk of the human being, through the times
the Good comes first, followed by the Bad
Lets belong to those who follow the right path( the Good)
and live with a heart full of Iman
so my beloved, my brothers ans sisters,
lets work in this dounia with the light of Allah
and love everyone, and not hate the Creation of Allah
and call to Pardon, cuz we all belong to Allah

طاح المطر بيد الله كسر الحوى عبدالله
الكون يا أحبتي صنع يد الرحمن
ممهد الأركان
مرسومة في وجهه مسيرة الإنسان
على مدى االازمان
فالخير فيه أول والشر فيه الثاني
و العبد فيه الجاني
كونوا جناة الخير عيشوا بقلب حان
ينبض بالإيمان
هيا إذن أحبتي يا إخوتي في الله
نملأ الدنيا بالعمل نمشي بنور الله
نحب كل الناس لا نبغض خلق الله
ندعو إلى التسامح فكلنا لله

I am really very grateful to you. I like to know what I am listening to in the Nasheeds because then it increases my love for Islam if I understand what is being said.

MaashaAllah, the nasheed is beautiful and it has a beautiful message - it reminds me to appreciate the beauty of Islam and its brotherhood/sisterhood and to live in harmony with all of Allah's creation. It is also a reminder to give thanks to Allah to live a life of good values.
