The Quran itself is the greatest miracle ever. Allah swt has defied disbelievers to come up with ten surahs or even one similar to those in the Holy Quran , but no one has ever been able to do that.

Allah swt has promised to keep the Quran preserved , and now it's the only Holy Book that remains untouched for over 1400 years. It is also preserved in the hearts of believers, You can even find children , not older than 6 or 7 years memorising the whole of the Quran.

Splitting of the Moon

"The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder" [Qur'an 54:1]

Narrated Abdullah:

The moon was cleft asunder while we were in the company of the Prophet, and it became two parts. The Prophet said, Witness, witness (this miracle)."

Food Multiplication

Narrated Jabir:

My father had died in debt. So I came to the Prophet and said, "My father (died) leaving unpaid debts, and I have nothing except the yield of his date palms; and their yield for many years will not cover his debts. So please come with me, so that the creditors may not misbehave with me." The Prophet went round one of the heaps of dates and invoked (Allah), and then did the same with another heap and sat on it and said, "Measure (for them)." He paid them their rights and what remained was as much as had been paid to them.

Water Multiplication

Narrated 'Abdullah:

We used to consider miracles as Allah's Blessings, but you people consider them to be a warning. Once we were with Allah's Apostle on a journey, and we ran short of water. He said, "Bring the water remaining with you." The people brought a utensil containing a little water. He placed his hand in it and said, "Come to the blessed water, and the Blessing is from Allah." I saw the water flowing from among the fingers of Allah's Apostle , and no doubt, we heard the meal glorifying Allah, when it was being eaten (by him).

Narrated Al-Bara:

We were one-thousand-and-four-hundred persons on the day of Al-Hudaibiya (Treaty), and (at) Al-Hudaibiya (there) was a well. We drew out its water not leaving even a single drop. The Prophet sat at the edge of the well and asked for some water with which he rinsed his mouth and then he threw it out into the well. We stayed for a short while and then drew water from the well and quenched our thirst, and even our riding animals drank water to their satisfaction.

The Minor Signs of The Hour"-

The minor signs occur a long time before the Hour (Day of Judgment) takes place. These signs are not considered out of the ordinary, so the only people who notice them are those who have knowledge of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. These signs are numerous, so we will only mention some of them. It is important to note, that some of these signs have already occurred, and some haven't yet. Some of these signs will happen repeatedly, and some will only happen once.

Another miracle.

Keep in mind that" the distance between sana'a & mecca is approximately 815 km."
besides,The distance between sana'a and mount dayn is 30 km.

In addition to, No human on the earth can draw a straight line on the surface of the earth between two far away cities,Except with the aid of detailed maps, made possible today due to airplanes, satellites and knowledge of latitude/longitude/land height etc.

The messenger of allah-sala allah aleh wasalam- said“Among the signs of the Hour are: knowledge will be reduced, ignorance will prevail, zinaa will be widespread, and there will be many women and few men, until for fifty women there will be one guardian.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, no. 79 –this version was narrated by him. Also narrated by Muslim, no. 4825; Ahmad, no. 12735; and al-Tirmidhi, no. 2131).

At-Tabaraani narrated that Sahl ibn Sa’d said: the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“At the end of time there will be earthquakes, slander, transmutation into animals [or disfigurement, deformity], when stringed instruments and female singers will be widespread, and wine will be permitted.” (Saheeh al-Jaami’, 3665).

All of these texts clearly indicate that the Hour is approaching and that an abundance of sin and evil is one of its signs. The Kuffaar think that the Hour is unlikely to happen and that it is taking too long, but the fact of the matter is as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Verily! They see it (the torment) afar off, But We see it (quite) near.” [al-Ma’aarij 70:6-7].

We ask Allaah to keep us safe and sound in this world and in the Hereafter. Praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the Worlds.

the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, when Jibreel asked him about the signs of the Hour: “When you see the barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds competing in the construction of lofty buildings.” Ibn Rajab said, commenting on this hadeeth: What is meant is that the lowest of the people will become their leaders, and their wealth will increase, until they compete in building tall buildings, and adorning them. Al-Nawawi mentioned the same meaning in Sharh Saheeh Muslim, where he discussed this hadeeth.

I don't understand the part where it says madinah wil shake 3 times and then the hypocrites will join the dajjal. Why will it shake 3 times? Does the dajjal shake it to scare the muslims or something??

:salam2:
If Dajjal has surrounded Medina and is unable to enter in it, then is it not too difficult to figure out what this shaking would be. These days there are huge bombs e.g. "daisey cutters", MOAB (mother of all bombs) etc which can wipes out a couple of blocks of area and can shakes the earth hard, if couple of them are dropped at the same time then this can literally shake the whole city. Newer low-yield nuclear bombs first penetrate the earth and then explode, really shaking the whole area quite violently. I believe these are the wepons and tactics Dajjal will use to scare the people of Medina.

This is an another miracle that Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is mentioning here about these newer weapons in Dajjal's arsenol.

And an another miraculous thing is that even after knowing all these hadiths about the actions of Dajjal (because they are so widely known and available), Dajjal will still do the same things. Subhan Allah !!!

Our beloved -The Last messenger of Allah-peace be upon him- was sitting down in front of her,but she didn't see him.

Allaah, may He be exalted, guaranteed to protect His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), as He said (interpretation of the meaning): “Allaah will protect you from mankind” [al-Maa’idah 5:67]. One of the ways in which He protected His Prophet was by subjugating His angels to protect and guard him. So they hid him from the sight of the wife of Abu Lahab, and she did not see him. The evidence for this is the report narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas, who said: “When the words ‘Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab’ [al-Masad 111:1 – interpretation of the meaning] were revealed, the wife of Abu Lahab came when the Messenger of Allaah was sitting with Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr said to him, ‘Why do you not move out of her way so that she will not harm you, O Messenger of Allaah?’ The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘There will be a barrier between me and her.’ She came and stood over Abu Bakr and said, ‘O Abu Bakr, your companion has lampooned us.’ Abu Bakr said, ‘No, by the Lord of this House, he has not spoken poetry and he does not utter verse.’ She said, ‘You are speaking the truth.’ When she went away, Abu Bakr (may Allaah have mercy on him) said, ‘Did she not see you?’ He said, ‘No, an angel was covering me until she went away.’”

(Narrated by al-Bazzaar in al-Musnad, 1/68; he said this hadeeth has a hasan isnaad. It was also classed as hasan by Ibn Hajar in Fath al-Baari, 8/958).

Further evidence of the angels guarding the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) by the command of Allaah is to be seen in another incident with Abu Jahl, which was reported by Imaam Muslim (may Allaah have mercy on him) in his Saheeh from Abu Hurayrah, who said: Abu Jahl asked, “Does Muhammad rub his face in the dust (i.e. does he prostrate when he prays at the Ka’bah) when he is among you?” He was told, “Yes.” He said, “By al-Laat and al-‘Uzza, if I see him doing that, I will step on his neck or I will rub his face in the dust.” Then the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blesings of Allaah be upon him) came and prayed. He (Abu Jahl) had claimed that he would step on his neck, but suddenly all they saw was that he was running away, raising his hands to protect himself. It was said to him, “What is the matter with you?” He said, “There is a ditch of fire and terror and wings between me and him.The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If he had come near me, the angels would have snatched him piece by piece.” Then Allaah revealed the words (interpretation of the meaning):

“Nay! Verily, man does transgress (in disbelief and evil deed).

Because he considers himself self-sufficient.

Surely, unto your Lord is the return.

Have you (O Muhammad) seen him (i.e. Abu Jahl) who prevents

A slave (Muhammad) when he prays?

Tell me if he (Muhammad) is on the guidance (of Allaah)

Or enjoins piety?

Tell me if he (Abu Jahl) denies (the truth, i.e. this Qur’aan) and turns away?

Knows he not that Allaah does see (what he does)?

Nay! If he (Abu Jahl) ceases not, We will catch him by the forelock —

A lying, sinful forelock!

Then let him call upon his council (of helpers).

We will call out the guards of Hell (to deal with him)!

Nay! (O Muhammad)! Do not obey him (Abû Jahl).”

The story of the Prophet(PBUH) with Abu-Lahab

You'll find an amazed miracle in surat Al-Masad.(open for example tafsir by sheikh abde-rhaman elsaidee.
(تفسير السعدي) which name (tafsir alazeez elmanan fe tafsir alQur'an).
Sbhanallah this story also one of the reasons that Dr/miller revert to islam.

Dr Miller says: “this man(Abu Lahab) used to hate Islam so much that he would go after the Prophet wherever he goes to humiliate him. If he saw the prophet talking to strangers, he used to wait till he finishes and then ask them: what did Mohammed tell you? If he said it’s white then it’s in reality black and if he said it’s night then it’s day. He meant to falsify all what the prophet says and to make people suspicious about it. And 10 years before the death of Abu Lahab, a sura was inspired to the prophet, named “Al-Masad”. This sura tells that Abu Lahab will go to hell, in other words, it says that Abu Lahab will not convert to Islam. During 10 years, Abu Lahab could have said: “Mohammed is saying that I will not become a Muslim and that I will go to the hell fire, but I’m telling you now that I want to convert to Islam and become a Muslim. What do you think about Mohammed now? Is he saying the truth or no? Does his inspiration come from God?”. But Abu Lahab did not do that at all although he was disobeying the prophet in all matters, but not in this one. In other words, it was as if the prophet(PBUH) was giving Abu Lahab a chance to prove him wrong! But he did not do that during 10 whole years! he did not convert to Islam and did not even pretend to be a Muslim!! Throughout 10 years, he had the chance to destroy Islam in 1 minute! But this did not happen because those are not the words of Mohammed (PBUH) but the words of God Who knows what’s hidden and knows that Abu Lahab will not become a Muslim.

How can the prophet (PBUH) know that Abu Lahab will prove what is said in that Sura if this was not inspiration from Allah? How can he be sure throughout 10 whole years that what he has (the Quran) is true if he did not know that it’s inspiration from Allah?? For a person to take such a risky challenge, this has only one meaning: that this is inspiration from God.

“Perish the hands of the Father of Flame (Abu Lahab)! perish he! No profit to him from all his wealth, and all his gains! Burnt soon will he be in a Fire of blazing Flame! His wife shall carry the (crackling) wood; As fuel! A twisted rope of palm-leaf fibre round her (own) neck!”(surat Al-Masad).

Another reason:-

Another verse that Dr Miller reflected on for a long time is the verse number 30 in Surat “Al-Anbiya’a”(The Prophets): “ Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of Creation), before We clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?

He says: ”this verse is exactly the subject of the scientific research that won the Noble prize in 1973 and was about the theory of the “Great Explosion”. According to this theory, the universe was the result of a great explosion that lead to the formation of the universe with its skies and planets.

Relevant website "The Qur’aan and medicine"
I hope you read it all..but anyway,i'll quote some from the article, but it's not enough anymore!!
http://www.islam-qa.com/en/ref/9691

(The Qur’aan is not a book of medicine or geography or geology as some Muslims like to say to westerners. Rather it is a book of guidance for mankind and one of the greatest of its miracles is its eloquence and the ideas and concepts that it contains. This is the main aspect of its miraculous nature. Allaah revealed it to His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) at a time when eloquence had reached great heights, so this book came to amaze those people and challenge them in their area of expertise, to prove to them that it was from Allaah.

This is not strange, and it is nothing new in religion. The signs of Moosa (peace be upon him) – his stick and his hand – were of the kind that was prevalent during his time, which was magic (sihr). The signs of ‘Eesa (peace be upon him) – raising the dead and healing the blind and lepers – were of the kind that his people were skilled in and that was widespread among them, which was medicine.

Hence we say that the greatest feature of the Qur’aan is its eloquence. Scholars nowadays are still discovering new aspects of its eloquence through their study of its verses.

This does not mean that there is no other miraculous aspects to the Qur’aan. Rather in some verses Allaah mentions things about the design of the human body, the stages of its creation and development, some natural phenomena, etc.

But with regard to cures for various diseases, as the questioner mentions, the Qur’aan is a healing for the believers. This includes healing the heart (mental or spiritual disease) and physical healing. Allaah mentions honey in the Qur’aan and says that it is a healing for mankind. And He mentions the principle of preserving good health and guarding against sickness. So whoever says that the Qur’aan says a lot about medicine in this regard is right, but whoever goes beyond that is exaggerating. Rather this is a kind of exaggeration coined by some Muslims. The Qur’aan is not a book of medicine. There are some diseases that did not exist previously, so how could their cure come – according to what the questioner says – before they appeared? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>)
