Asalamu alaikum,

Recently I discovered a thing called UnderArmor http://www.underarmour.com/ShopUSAHome.cfm). It seems like a good sport clothing line and I have been interested in it. It is tight fitting, almost like a wetsuit, but it's a thinner material. It claims to transport sweat from the inside to the outside of the shirt, leaving you dry as you exercise. I want to but it but I'm afraid that it might contain silk.

I'm looking at a webpage now that says it is 82% polyarmor polyester, and 18% elastane. But, it says "Low-bulk, silk weight base layer". I'm not sure if this is haram or not, help would be appreciated.http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1989630

I've had a look and it looks pretty cool but a bit too tight for my liking lol
Not sure whether it's haram or not though, sorry.

I have a similar product, not the same brand though. It feels wet when you first put it on, as if it just came out of the washer. At first it does feel funny, but you get used to it after you use it a couple of times.

It does not have any silk . So it is Ok. alhamdulillah.

I think they meant that it is very light.
