Salam.I doubt anyone of the moderaters here would mind if you used these emoticons, unless there on copyright which is not likely. Making your own emoticons would involve graphic designing that would be uploaded to the internet and shown to us via hyperlink. Your best bet would be to borrow someone elses icons but if your actually interested in it message me, I know the basics about it.
