in spite that they live in a country
where around 92% of the population practices
Roman Catholicism, according to government estimates.

The shia doctrine has spread to many South American countries especially the ones that are allied with Ahmadinejad. The iranian govertment has offered aid to these countries in terms of health and education. In response they had slowly introduced their practices that have been well received by some in such countries.

i also noticed that Shiaism is spreading in S America- i think its because most of the sunni muslim immigrants only settle in any country to make money!!!
S America is generally much poorer than N America & Europe & therefore not as attractive an option to the gold digging muslims.

whether we like it or not - thats the truth.


the People of S America are thirsty for deen & if we dont present islam to them, can we blame them when the Shiahs fill this void with their corrupted beliefs?

that said, we have to acknowledge that despite their religious beliefs, Iran is better than the west in the sense that they dont poke their nose into the affairs of other countries.

if only they begin treating sunni muslims properly in their own country, that would be good for them.

may Allah ta'ala grant us all hidaayah.

Yeah is kind of their political game. What saddens me is that in the middle of this is the religion and when Islam is talked about in such countries they fail to differentiate between Sunnah and Shia Islam. I've seen people talking about Islamic practices when in fact they were shia practices. I think there is a need of good dawah in those countries. May Allah guide us all.
