Over six thousand (6.000) people are waiting at the Rafah crossing on the Egyptian side of the border to cross into the Gaza Strip. 28 people have died waiting in the heat under the sun,since the crossing was closed in mid June. Some people awaiting to be rescued - have died due to lack of medical treatment suffering from dire health conditions..
Decision makers are playing roulette with human lives and have failed in negotiations to re-open the crossing - there is still no change in the Rafah Crossing's closed status.Hamas movement have many times tried to open the crossing and rallied on Tuesday, at the Gaza Strip side of the crossing. Humanitarian and human rights organizations have expressed deep concern regarding the dire humanitarian conditions at the closed crossing.

The Palestinians awaiting on the Egyptian side of the border are running out of money and are close to despair.The children are screaming, because of the heat and the hunger, hundreds of sick and old people are suffering from pain.There is nothing left to eat - there is no where to rest or sleep. Some people try to return to Cairo to wait for the Rafah crossing to be reopened.
Why are the Egyptians closing the borders for six thousand Palestinians which have to cross the Rafah Crossing, in order to be able to return home to Gaza Strip. Why does the Egyptians conduct this illegal measures in violation of international human right laws - causing death and suffering to its neighbors, the Gaza Strip Palestinians.
Egypt is a sovereign state and does not have to take orders from Israel - United States - or the " emergency government" in Ramalla - traitors collaborating with the enemy - Israel and its occupation forces ! It is a criminal intent - it is a crime unfolding in front of our eyes - who are the criminals awaiting for the Palestinians to die at the Rafah Crossing ?
