There is no such thing as a "wazifa".
You can make lots of dua, and if it is in Allah's will then you will get pregnant upon having unprotected sexual intercourse and you are within child-bearing age.
If you are not having sexual intercourse and you are no longer menstruating, or due to a medical condition you are not ovulation (i.e. producing eggs), then I'm afraid you will not become pregnant.
