Is it tacky to wear a shirt like this?
Do you think it would attract more negative attention than dawah opportunities?

I see tons of shirts like this offered to be bought offline, but have never seen someone wearing one.

One can just wear a kufi and the long white robe. That tells them you're muslim instead of wearing the words.

Wearing the Muslim hat for men and for women; wearing the Proper islamic dress is a label of who they are and if somone wishes to ask them any questions then they can distinguish them as muslims. But that T-shirt would be useful at conventions imo

Lol, it would be a cool convention shirt.

And I agree, Kufi - throbes - hijabs - etc are better signs of being a Muslim.
SubhanAllah.

It may be cheesy, but it's a lot less intimidating than the more "muslim" attire.

Sadly, there exist people in the world you can see you in hijab etc, and still not know that you're a muslim. It's happened with me. The gawping stares I got from everyone when I mentioned "yes, muslims do so and so because...." to people who had known me for months (without apparently knowing that I'm a muslim) were hilarious. I could see the dawning realization come to their faces, and then they just changed the subject.

They thought I wear hijab because they wear it "where I come from." SubhanAllah, so yes, sometimes the shirt might be a more in-your-face reality.

I agree with alf2.People must not go around weraing sirts telling that they are muslims. That is making fun of islam, not helping.Good morals are best way to preach islam.

Nothing but Muslimah
T-shirt looks cute..

But wearing and not wearing them, is depending upon the person's wishes :)

For me.... It would look good if you can walk with a team / family as a whole wearing the same.... (I remember my schooling days.. :) we used to wear same T shirts and convey the message to other school mates...MASHA ALLAH)
