Wedding Greetings‏

The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) used to congratulate the newly-wedded with these words: “Baarak-Allahu laka wa baaraka alaikuma wa jama’a bainakuma fee khairin.” [Tirmidhi]

The meaning of this Dua is: “May Allah keep you in prosperity and confer His blessings upon both of you and may He grant you the favour of living together in perfect harmony.”

What lovely wishes with which to congratulate someone, how much more eloquent than “Best Wishes!”

No need to fumble for words in congratulating the bride or groom. Now you know what to write in wedding cards too. Subhan Allah! Allah (subhana wa ta’ala) did not leave us without the best guidance for any situation!

Assalam 'Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

JazakiAllahu khairan sister. Yes it is much more better. I hope all of us use this Du'a rather than using others.
