what does it mean to accept Allahs decree?

i pray you are all doing great

what does it mean to accept Allahs decree?

Being patient right? What does being patient mean?

Not getting what you want but still performing your obligations..ie salat?

does being sad mean you are not patient, you dont trust allah, and that you are disatisfied with Allahs decree?

Please tell me...
