You have to find a job or at least steady job so you can support your family and the girls family will be more willing to marry her to you.
Islam does not put any requirements on job/money of the male seeking a spouse, this is just a reality in modern times and will make it easier for you to find a girl. The girl has a right to ask for any dowry she wishes, i.e. gold, house, hajj, etc. and you will have to provide this to her for the marriage to be valid either before or if the girl consents later on into the marriage once you can afford it. The less the dowry the better though and inshallah if you are of poor means the sister will not make it hard on you.
Do not stress about it, Islam says our spouses are written on our forheads, you cannot change who or speed up when you will marry. It is the kadr (devine preordainment) of Allah SWT.
Inshallah do not seek a girlfriend but seek a wife. You will be in a lot of trouble with heart break and sinning if you have a girlfriend so be careful akhi. May Allah SWT make it easy for you. Focus on improving your finances and getting into a career first inshallah, in time everything else will fall in line.
