What Recitation Should I make In Salaat?

Salaamu Alaikum,
Does anyone have any links or can help me determine the recitations made in Salaat. Especially the one in the long sittings before the 'salama'.

Do you know authenticity of the materials given in this site.......?

they have given "Difference between Men's and Women's Salah" !!!!. As far as I know there is know difference between men's and women's salah. There is no authentic Ahadeeth portraying the difference...
