A couple of days ago, I was very disturbed to read this news about a teacher, who has raped and impregnated a 4th grade child in Larkana district in Pakistan. Please read this news:

Now suppose this man, who was entrusted with this child as a teacher is unmarried. What do you think his punishment in islamic law should be?
Let us suppose, the girl cannot get 4 wittnesses and the crime can be proved with DNA test only, what should be his punishment in that case?
Post your opinion or post fatwas or ask your local imam and post his opinion. I want to see, if we can come to a consensus in this case.
