I think, first sin ever committed is by iblis/azazeel when he disobeyed Allah's order by not prostrating to Adam(peace be upon him).

See what the angels have said when Allah informed them about creating the humanbeings.

After Allah created Adam, the shaytaan didn't want to prostate for Adam ( do you mean this sin, is mentioned by one of the members)

Adam and Hawaa eat from the tree ( but you said is wrong)

The Children of Adam and Hawae, habil and Qabil ( the one killed the other).

The question is not very clear.... Do you mean the sin which hasn't been done before...Like what Qawm Lot have done ( sodomy, homosexuality). This sin hasn't done before Qawm lot. So Qawm lot have been the first humanbeings who engaged in this practise.
