about sura ikhlaas is one third of the Quran, which covers the tawheed so if you read surah-Al ikhlaas that means you have read and covered the part which talks about tawheed. the quran is divided into three parts, one part is tawheed, the other second part is Qisas and the third part is Ahkam (axkam)
