Dear Shaukat.. السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
First of all, Only Muslims are to be placed in Jannah.. And all of those who die as non-muslims will go to Fire Hell forever.
Besides, There are a 100 grades in Jannah as mentioned in a Hadith (At-Termithy). The highest is called Al-Firdaws.
As for Jannatul-Ma'wa, It is on the right side of the thrown, made only for Martyrs.(Tafsir Quran / Al-Qurtubi)

Question: If a person recites Surah Ikhlas 100 times then what is the masnoon tarika of recitation.
Do we have to recite Bismillah Ar rahmaner rahim before reciting Surah Ikhlas everytime or we have to recite Bismillah Ar rahmaner rahim only in the beginning.
Also will mode of recitation (whatever) you tell will be the same for recitation in salat or in oral recitation.
