Why Allah (swt) does not follow our wishes?

Aslamo Alikum,

Dear All,

If we analyze our life, we find, most of our childhood wishes were pure stupidity and as we grow old, we find that our past wishes were nothing but stupidity.

We find that our elders and parents were actually right when they would give us advice and we would ignore them.

But till the time we realize this fact, we already have suffered so many losses.

Many times, because of our stupid wishes and actions, our parents, elders and other people also have to suffer so many losses.

These findings in our life are the proof that if Allah (swt) would follow our wishes, then everything in the Heavens and Earth would have been destroyed.

As Allah (swt) says in Quran.

But if the Allah (swt), the True Lord, had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away.

Quran 23:71

Conclusion:

With our stupid wishes and actions, we ruin our own lives and lives of many other people, what we feel good today turns out to be evil or stupid tomorrow, so only Allah (swt) knows what is exactly right for us.

So, we must follow Allah (swt) and His Messenger (sws) strictly even if we do not exactly understand Allah (swt)’s message today, we will surely understand it tomorrow and we will never have a feeling that we were once stupid.

Right Approach Toward Life:

If we want that we neither ruin our own lives nor the lives of other people, then we should just hear Allah (swt) and His messenger (sws) and obey them.

waqaloo samiAAna waataAAna

… And they say, "We hear and we obey” …

وہ (خدا سے) عرض کرتے ہیں کہ ہم نے (تیرا حکم) سنا اور قبول کیا
