I came back into the fold of islam because i felt in my heart that it was the right religion. Dont let the shaytan doubt you into believing Allah isnt real. Islam is the only path to right and goodness of both this world and the hereafter

Asalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakahu Brothers and Sisters, Suban'Allah, I received a calling on 8 Rabi Al- Awwal 1432, and Allah Subana Wa Ta'ala tells our story best.

"... This day have I perfected your religion for you and completed My favour unto you, and have chosen for you as religion al-Islam..." Al Ma'idah 3

" Thou wilt find the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe (to be) the Jews and the idolaters. And thou wilt find the nearest of them in affection to those who believe (to be) those who say: Lo! We are Christians. That is because there are among them priests and monks, and because they are not proud.

When they listen to that which hath been revealed unto the messengers, thou seest their eyes overflow with tears because of their recognition of the Truth. They say: Our Lord, we believe. Inscribe us as among the witnesses." Al Ma'idah 82-83

" Say: Lo! As for me, my Lord hath guided me unto a straight path, a right religion, the community of Abraham, the upright, who was no idolater." Al-An'am 161

I was born into it, but I never really read the Quran in its translations. Have read/recite it in whole in Arabic but I didn't know what it meant. I could have lived the rest of my life in ignorance and not knowing its contents. When I committed myself to reading the translations I had mixed emotions. I was scared, sad and happy at the same time with water in my eyes. I never understood why people would cry during salat, but after reading the translations, I understood.
