why does people take money inreturn for advising muslims

frist I hope than nobody takes this subject too emotionlly and try to answer my quition lagiclly,

Why does people that make dawoa take money in return of advising us in islamic affairs ?! , aint it must be for god so taking money will ruin the thawaab (hasanaat)
actually i love listenin to tapes of people that makes you hold my reliegin in this tough timing , but when i knew that they take money in order to make it , it just blow my joy
PLEASE , if there is any mid-eastern bro comment on (amr khaled and mahmoud el-masry) and how they take money to make dawoa
