74. Avoid too much of anything e.g. eating too much, sleeping too much, staying up too late, talking too much and mixing with people too much.
75. Seek knowledge (of the Qur'an and sunnah).
76. And seek help in patience and prayer [al-Baqarah 2:45]
77. Verily! Allaah commands that you should render back the trusts to those to whom they are due [al-Nisa’ 4:58]
78. And whosoever fears Allaah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty) [al-Talaaq 65:2]
79. And walk not on the earth with conceit and arrogance [al-Isra’ 17:37]

81. be Helpfull “The most beloved of people to Allaah is the one who is most helpful.”
82. Learn to control and deal with your anger “If any one of you becomes angry, let him keep silent.” “If a man becomes angry and says ‘A’oodhu Billaah (I seek refuge with Allaah),’ his anger will cease.”
83. If some disaster befalls you, say, “Innaa Lillaahi wa innaa ilayhi raaji’oon (Truly, to Allaah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return).”
84. “Repeat often ‘Laa hawla wa laa quwwata illa billaah (there is no power or strength except with Allaah)’, for it is from the treasure of Paradise.”
85. hope for the mercy of Allah.
86. Do not have malice or hatred towards anybody.
87. fulfill the nadhr (vows that have been made to Allah).
88. command the good and prohibit the evil.
89.Remember Allah when you go shopping :
"Whoever enters a market and says: 'Laa ilaha illallah wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyi wa yumeetu wa huwa hayyun laa yamoot, bi yadihil khair, wa huwa 'ala kulli shayin qadeer'
... Allah will write for him/her a million good deeds and erase a million bad deeds and raise him a million levels." [Tirmidhi]
