JazakALlah khair sister, im actually going to a american medical school and completing my MD from US actually.
So i dont know much about Pakistan, but i'll share what i know. You have to be very careful with private medical schools , i actually applied in Pakistan and i had similar problems with my mark recognition in Pakistan so i had to try private school but the school i got into it was basically a room not even a school and they were charging extreme amount of money.
So i would be very very careful and try to try to get into government school and i dont think you need A levels for that im not sure sister javaria would have the most information in this matter if not then you can try to contact my second cousin on facebook, her name is Hira Mohamedin

okay i got your problem clear!!!it's simple you have have passed A lvls or FSc which i believe you haven't!!in A lvls 20% of your marks will be deducted to bring it to the same level as FSc marks!!then you got to pass the entry test..........i'm goint to give that too.in entry test they consider your matric or O level marks+FSc or A level+entry teset result............then if your name appears in the merit list that means you are in

entry test is hard!!as soon as my papers on monday are finished i'll be joining preparatory classes for the test(the test comes from FSc course,bio+phy+chem+english)both 1st and 2nd year course!!no we don't have urdu in med colge but yes there is p.st and its not tht hard not to mention least important in the college main focus is on medical studies..........i believe you have a pakistani identity so you are appicable on

citizn seats in the government colegs where i'm hoping to get admission inshallah.if you want the privet college info contact akhi shaheer he knows about it!!i dunno about you for me they are expensive
the test will be in AUG/sept etc...........karachi colleges are least entertained by the rest of the country........so get info about colleges out of sindh
