Dear Brothers & Sisters,
This is regarding some thing that has been troubling becuse of it i couldnt sleep last night. I stay in an Arab country where the rules are very strict concerning public indecency. After i finished jogging last night i spotted a car which seemed a bit strange to me as when i arrived there the car was parked at the same spot with the A/C on and it took me a good 45 minutes to return back to my concer i kind of knew inside there was something wrong happening in the car my immediate reaction was to spot the cops and lead them to the not to my surprise after the cops investigated there was a couple indulged in illicit activity in it. I felt conviced that i did the right thing and stopped some thing bad to happen as according to a hadith narrated by Abu Sa'id al-Khudri: I heard the Messenger of Allah
(blessings and peace be upon him) as saying: 'He who amongst you sees
something abominable should modify it with the help of his hand; and
if he has not strength enough to do that, then he should do it with
his tongue; and if he has not strength enough to do even that, then he
should (at least abhor it) from his heart; and that is the least of
faith
Sahih Muslim Hadith 79
even though i felt very disgusted by their act some how inside i feel guilty scared of doing it. What is this ? is this waswasa or what i am very confused now please help jazakallahukhair
