Do not grieve when I shall leave
And shed no tears when I have I died
For we shall meet with smiles again
When you too have crossed to the other side.
Death ends lives, not relations
So be not sad when I have left
It is a journey we all must make
So let me take my well earned rest.
And standing by my epitaph
Share the stories for I still can hear
And though I cannot reply to you
Know that I am always near
My only request is that you pray
That I see my Maker with my eyes!
Pray that with me He is satisfied
