is it halal to enter a game show like deal or no deal

my husband wants me to apply to go on the game but i think it is haram? he says no because we do not pay to play

can anyone give me advise?

It is haraam. It is like gambling; Like trying out your luck. The same as lottery.

I'll find a fatwa relating to this inshaAllah.
