Unfortunately this is not any unique happening in the occupied territories of Palestine when they even shoot or beat handcuffed victims. In many cases they also after arresting someone who is "wanted" just execute him/her. By some cases they after shooting some arresting persons, just let him to bleeding to death.



PCHR (Palestinian Centre for Human Rights) has condemned those kind of Extra-Judical Executions several times as like from last February:
