to cover them selfs is the only differences between a man and woman not only in Salat but in life in general.
we have the same Wudu .
the same Kiblah .
the same number of Rakaat and Sajadat.
we recit both Kuran the same in Salat.
we do The same Tahiya .
we follow Imam in Salat Al jamaa.

^ phew, I'm so relieved, 'cuz that's how I pray. But I was getting anxious because lots of people said that men and women pray the same.

The only differences are taken for the sake of a woman's modesty. Really, I could never do sujud the way men do. It just makes me feel all awkward and exposed..
