I've heard this question before, I beleive it's because you need more posts. Just keep on posting then try again later, and Insha'Allah it wil work.

I can't view ur profile either.here is what it's says

Under User CP there is an area that says

Edit Avatar

click here ^ or go there.

If you have access you will be able to edit, if not, then I am afraid you will need to post more.
