when you are posting, in advanced mode,near the bottom i think, you'll see key which says "manage attachments", click on it and you'll be able to upload it InshAllah.

Wa alaikumussalaam,

If you meant "How to attach an mp3 file on your post" you may use the paper clip icon just right next to the smily icon

If you meant "How to add an mp3 file to another folder or to your ipod or something" you may simply copy and paste it. Atleast that's what I do.
